Please check your email to confirm receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email, be sure to check the following:

  • The junk/spam filters for your email account
  • Check which email address you used to set up your ASPSF Submittable account
  • Make sure you have submitted the application and that it is not still saved as a draft
  • Be sure the email address associated with your ASPSF Submittable account has been entered correctly

Next Steps

Your next step in the application process is to ensure you have submitted all five (5) required documents.

  1. Proof of Marital Status
    • If you have never been married, checking TRUE on the marital status section satisfies this requirement.
  2. Proof of Income
    • Tax Return or Tax Transcript
  3. FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS)
  4. Transcript(s)
    • MUST Include Final Semester Grades from Your Most Recent Semester
  5. Class Schedule
    • For the semester you are applying

Once you have submitted all five documents, you may be invited to a 30-minute interview.

After your interview, you will be notified if you receive the scholarship and invited to a scholarship ceremony.

REMINDERS:

  • Only applications with all five documents will be considered “complete.”
  • A “completed” application and/or interview doesn’t guarantee an award.
  • The application review process takes 4-8 weeks. This is how long it typically takes to know whether you will receive the scholarship.
