ASPSF may store such data itself, or it may be stored in databases owned and maintained by our agents or service providers.

- SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier.
- We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We will never share your phone number with anyone outside our organization.
- Opting Out
- If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS from us, you can opt out by texting the word “STOP” or email us your opt-out request at info@aspsf.org.
- Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.

With your consent, Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) will send text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you have provided in our records.
By providing your informed consent where indicated, you acknowledge that you have understood the information below and agree to participate in our text (SMS) messaging service.
Purpose and Description
Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund’s text (SMS) messaging service is primarily designed to provide helpful information, reminders, and notifications via text messages sent to scholarship applicants’ mobile phones. However, we may also text graduates, volunteers, donors, and other supporters to share ways to get involved with the organization.
We may use text (SMS) messages to communicate for a variety of purposes, including:
- Scholarship Updates & Notices
- Scholarship Application Deadline Reminders
- Volunteer opportunities
- Events
- Fundraising opportunities
Collection of Phone Numbers
ASPSF collects applicants’ phone numbers only when it is provided in a scholarship application. ASPSF collects volunteer and donor phone numbers only when it is provided in a donation form or volunteer application.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in ASPSF’s text (SMS) messaging service is entirely voluntary. You have the right to refuse or withdraw your consent at any time by texting “STOP.”
How to Opt-Out
If you no longer wish to receive our text (SMS) messaging service, text “STOP” to the number. Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effectve. During this period, you may still receive some messages from Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund.
Frequency
Although the frequency of messages may vary, Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund plans to send about three text (sms) text messages for each scholarship deadline for a total of nine messages annually. The organization may choose to send 1-5 extra messages throughout the year for other informational purposes.
Privacy Policy
Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy.
