Since joining the board in 2017, Sunshine Bartlett has served as a steady source of insight, creativity, and compassion. A lifelong resident of Fort Smith, Sunshine brings both professional expertise and genuine heart to her work — qualities that have shaped her impactful tenure as ASPSF Board President, a role she will conclude on December 31, 2025.

I was introduced to a local program manager through Arvest’s commitment to the community.
What do you love about the ASPSF Mission?
I love that ASPSF is impacting the future generations of Arkansas by supporting their parents’ education.

Being able to provide internet/laptops to students during COVID.

Working with an amazing team committed to investing in our communities.
What three words best describe you?
Thoughtful, detail-oriented, and creative.
What’s your proudest accomplishment?
21 years of marriage to my husband, Corey.
Best advice you ever received?
Focus on the things you can control.
Do you have any hobbies?
Planning themed parties, traveling with family — I am looking forward to my first cruise through the Caribbean to celebrate my husband’s and mother’s birthdays.
