Arkansas Drug Card Program - A free prescription drug card program for Arkansas residents. Card holders receive savings of up to 75% at participating pharmacies (including Fred’s, Walgreens, Kmart Pharmacy, Rite Aid, USA Drug, Super D Drug Stores, CVS/pharmacy, Harps Pharmacy, Albertsons/SAVON, and Harvest Foods Pharmacy). Log on to create a membership card, which is pre-activated and can be used immediately

Arkansas Workforce Center - Links employers and jobseekers through a statewide delivery system by providing a self-service resource center, personal assistance, and training for those who qualify.
Bargains Galore on 64 - An annual event held on Thursday through Saturday, the second weekend in August. 160 Miles of yard sales, antiques, collectibles, flea markets, and bargains along state highway 64 from Fort Smith to Beebe, Arkansas.

Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) - helps low-income households with home energy costs . Available through local Community Action Agencies.
Telephone Assistance Programs - Many Arkansas telephone companies offer discounted telephone service plans to make basic phone service more affordable for qualified customers. Click on a state map and a telephone carrier from the drop-down menu to learn how to apply, or contact your local telephone company.
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) - provides funds to conserve energy in the homes of low-income people, especially those who are elderly, handicapped, or families with children.
